We activate and test the pump, inspect the float switch, verify discharge flow, and check battery backups if installed.
Vapor Barrier Inspection
Seams, wall adhesion, and overall encapsulation integrity are checked and documented.
Structural System Review
We inspect SmartJacks, beams, settlement indicators, and overall structural stability.
Plumbing & Drainage Check
Water lines, drain lines, downspouts, and exterior discharge areas are reviewed to prevent moisture intrusion.
Photo Report & Health Score
Every visit includes updated documentation and a crawlspace health rating for your records.
