About Jason Lott:

Jason Lott is the founder and CEO of DryWorx LLC. He’s a 2016 Lincoln Charter School alumnus with experience in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve and insurance sales. After learning the crawlspace trade for 5 years, Lott created DryWorx in the spring of 2021, fulfilling a lifelong dream of owning his own business.

Lott lives in Denver with his girlfriend, Kiersten, and their two dogs, Sammie and Ash. He loves the Denver community and enjoys disc golfing on the side as a fun hobby. His go-to Cook Out tray is a grilled chicken sandwich with a corn dog, cheese bites and a huge sweet tea.

Wow is all I can say about DryWorx as I had a hole in the corner of my foundation and water was pouring in. I called DryWorx at 8:00 PM and Jason answered the phone and I texted him some videos of the water coming in. I was battling the water coming in with a shop vac and emptied 35 gallons that would have ended up in my basement. Jason ran to his office and gathered up the tools he needed and was at my house at 8:30 PM and stayed until 11:45 PM fixing the leak. Amazing company that does quality work and is willing to go the extra mile! Just a great business owner that really cares about his customers and if I could give him a million-star rating I would. Crawlspace Vapor Barrier, Dehumidifier & Structural Repairs

DryWorx removed all rotten wood underneath the porch and installed new pressure treated lumber to properly support the load. We also installed a 20mil High Strength vapor barrier with a 100 pint April Aire Dehumidifier to control the moisture issues.
