The customer called us because the husband has lung issues and they were having breathing issues. We discovered mold in the crawl space and lots of moisture that needed to be fixed. We did a full crawl space encapsulation and mold remediation, as well as installed a dehumidifier. The area is now staying dry and the family has noticed a significant change in moisture and less of a dampness smell in their home.
